A review from my clients, The Kilgore Family, at 909 Porpoise St in Lakeway, that just sold in Sept. 2026.

This was a tricky process in that we live out of state and the house was empty. Jeanne Ann worked one on one with all our contractors for everything from interior painting and deep cleaning (even went behind some of them and touched up things they missed) to exterior, driveway and roof soft washes. She also set up a staging company to furnish the house. The same attention to detail was exhibited in her relationship with the title company and other vendors to make this close a smooth transition. We listed the house on a Monday and had a contract by close of business on Wednesday above our asking price. When I refer to her as “A Golden Rule Girl” I mean just that, she treats everyone the same way as she expects them to treat her!
