🏡 Under Contact in Mayfield Heights

Huge congratulations to my client for going under contract on her new home!

This one was fun to be a part of. She walked into an open house, called me afterward, and basically said, "You need to come see this house." By the time I walked through it with her, I completely understood why. Sometimes a house just feels right.

I'm really happy for her. As a mom, she wasn't just looking for another house, she was looking for the right place for her family and the next chapter of their lives. She stayed patient, trusted her instincts, and when the right one came along, she didn't hesitate.

Grateful she trusted me to help guide her through it. That's never something I'll take for granted.

POV: When some strangers find you on YouTube and end up trusting you with the biggest purchase of their lives.

Yesterday, Kelly and Spike officially closed on their new home in North Olmsted.

What started as a YouTube video turned into phone calls, conversations, planning, home tours, and eventually handing over the keys to the next chapter of their lives.

I’ll never take that trust lightly.

There are a lot of real estate agents out there, and the fact that someone I’ve never met chooses to reach out, ask for guidance, and trust me to help navigate such an important decision is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
