Hot take: It’s NOT always the right time to buy a home. 🏡

My first-time homebuyers just went UNDER CONTRACT on this awesome townhome, and one of our biggest wins wasn’t just finding the right home, it was negotiating the maximum seller concessions allowed, saving them thousands of dollars upfront. 🙌

One thing I’ve been telling people lately…

Everyone talks about interest rates.

What people aren’t talking about enough is buyer leverage.
