Was told by the listing agent that they were not going to accept anything below asking price, make any type of repairs and were not going to give anything for seller concessions. Well…

We got them $25,000 below asking, repairs were done, and the seller still gave my client over $15,000 to use however he wants for closing. Having a strong negotiating agent on your side can really save you thousands plus im really good at it. Who’s next?
