Started the week with closing two buyers and one seller. Mid-week I helped a dear friend go under contract with a new construction home. Finished the week with some stunning East-side showings (shown in photos 😍).

I may have said this a lot before, yet I need to stress how grateful I am for having THE best clients out there. I’ve had an excellent past few days working with new clients, supporting current clients, and connecting with new clients!

New construction? Yes, I do that, too. You may wonder what value a Realtor can bring to a new build. Everything from helping sort out which structural and mechanical selections make sense for you and assisting with aesthetic choices in the design center, to continuous communication with title and lending to be sure all is on track, to connecting with the project manager throughout (including having difficult discussions when things go awry or need to be adjusted). These are all benefits of having someone on your side during the build process. I attend all appointments and guide you through the inspection process (yes, you even need an inspection on a new-build… bonus points if you can comment on which additional inspection I recommend with new builds). I even show up to help blue-tape all the imperfections that need adjusted before closing.
I’ve helped close 4 new-construction homes within the last year (including my own!), and would love to answer your questions and help get you started!
