Congratulations to my buyer for closing on his new condo in Aurora, Colorado! We were able to utilize a grant program as a first time home buyer + receive 5% on his down payment and 2% towards his closing costs !

This closing was extra special to me as I was able to help yet another one of my family members purchase a home to generate generational wealth for the future! I feel very blessed to be able to be apart of that journey!

Fall is my absolute favorite season here in Colorado! I feel so blessed to be able to experience the four seasons + to call this lovely state my home!

Just a friendly reminder as the cold weather approaches, here is a fall maintenance guide to help you prepare for all the things needed in order to keep your home in the best shape for the Fall and Winter months. Make sure to blow out those sprinklers, this can be a costly project to fix if you forget!

Home for the Holidays!! 🎄Congratulations to my buyers for closing on their new home. We were able to take full advantage of $10,000 in seller concessions that helped pay for their closing costs & on top of that we also negotiated the sales price down $7,900 under asking! 🙌🏼
