I absolutely LOVE curating events, and I think I finally found our permanent event space! 🎯 took care of every little detail, and even provided me with a microphone to give a little speech. 🎤

It’s a beautiful Saturday, but it just got a whole lot sweeter now that my awesome first time homebuyers are under contract! 🥳

This sweet couple saw this well maintained condo yesterday afternoon and they knew right away that this was the one! Sometimes timing just works out exactly how it’s meant to. 🙌🏼

Not only is the unit itself nicely renovated with a natural flowing layout, along with a newer appliance package… but the proximity to Bear Creek Lake Park, Red Rocks and trailheads is truly spectacular. Location is one thing you really can’t change with time… and I am just so excited for these two to lock down such a wonderful place to go on sunset walks together everyday! 🌅 🏔️🧡

Earlier this year I had the joy of connecting some of my sellers with a phenomenal Compass agent in North Carolina. She helped them buy a beautiful home outside of Asheville, where they are happily living their new chapter of life. 🏠
