Somehow… $20.3 million in real estate this last year.
Grateful is an understatement.

Last year, I had the privilege of helping amazing clients buy and sell over $20.3 million in real estate.

I still feel like the same guy answering calls at all hours, running to inspections, negotiating like it’s a sport, and double-checking every detail… just with a few more gray hairs.

We initially met in September 2024, and they entrusted me with the complex task of purchasing a new home while simultaneously selling their existing property. I met Mike and Brittany in January of this year. They had recently relocated to WA and were tired of renting, but they solidified that they wanted to stay in WA long term. We found this beautiful home and began working on getting them the best deal possible. Patience has been key with my last few transactions. This is a presale new construction that took about 8 months to close. Just because its new, doesn't mean you can't negotiate. 1.5 years in the making for this one! This one is a home run story and probably the best deal I have ever negotiated in my career. I negotiated $62,500 back from the seller! Using this amount, we paid my client's car loan, credit cards, closing costs, AND bought down his interest rate to 6%! It doesn't get any better than this. Being patient paid off tremendously.
