Although they didn't get the higher price they wanted, they felt the cost per sq ft still represented a great value for the area. In addition to the satisfactory price, we got the buyers to accept the home in As Is condition, which meant the sellers did not have to invest additional time or money into making repairs before the sale could proceed.
