Super excited for my clients on closing on their new home today! I was referred to Vin and Rosie through previous clients and we instantly hit it off! Currently residing out of state, but both having grown up in Cleveland they wanted to move back to the area to be closer to their family and friends.

We only saw two houses before we saw this one right before Christmas and they knew it was the one! We were under contract the next day and despite the hectic holiday season, Vin and Rosie maintained a cool and easy demeanor through it all.
