y emotional reaction and followed second by intellectual justification. People imagine their kids playing in the backyard or how the kitchen will feel with friends gathered in it for a party. And I bet if you think back to buying your first home, your memories are filled with emotions, not technical details. Even commercial property transactions can have emotion at play in them. That’s the human component of real estate. Realtors often market themselves with slogans or jargon in hopes to immediately build relationship with potential new clients. My approach is to simply be real and let you “get to know me when you get to know me.” Real relationships take time to build and are more beneficial to the people in them than those that are superficial. And since real estate purchases are generally emotional, major life events with great personal or business financial implications, they are better navigated with the guidance of an experienced realtor, like myself, who also invests in you as a person.
