🏡 UNDER CONTRACT IN CLEVELAND! 🎉

Congrats to my buyers on getting 13502 Clifford Avenue under contract! 🔑

This one was a little different — the home was being sold For Sale By Owner and never hit the MLS. We were able to connect with the seller, put together a deal, and officially get it under contract! 🙌

A good reminder that the right home isn’t always sitting in your MLS search. Sometimes finding it means looking off-MLS and exploring every opportunity available. 👀🏡

Now, on to inspections and one step closer to the closing table! 🥂

🏡 SOLD in Spencer, OH! 🎉

A little late getting this one posted, but they say third time’s a charm… and this house certainly put that saying to the test! 😂

This transaction had a little bit of everything. We made our way through THREE different buyers, some cold feet, and plenty of unexpected twists and turns. And speaking of bumps in the road… one of them was quite literally a baby bump — one of my sellers gave birth in the middle of the transaction! 👶😂 Needless to say, there was never a dull moment with this one.

Through all of it, we kept things moving, rolled with the surprises, found buyer #3, and finally made it to the closing table! 🔑🥂

A HUGE congratulations to my sellers on not one, but two major new chapters — selling their home and welcoming the newest member of their family! ❤️🏡👶

Real estate doesn’t always take a straight path from For Sale ➡️ Sold. Sometimes it takes a few detours, a lot of patience, and apparently a whole new human being along the way. 😂 But we got it done, and most importantly, we ended with some very happy sellers!
