Making strides! Eden went from taking 1 step yesterday to multiple today. It’s already hard to keep up with her just crawling, I can’t imagine what all she is going to get into when she is fully walking. It’s really amazing to see how excited Summer gets with Eden’s milestones. She’s really a great big sister and very proud of her too.

My more rewarding transactions are typically working with first time home buyers. Especially when it’s with a growing family who are looking to become more stable and not rent anymore. To make it even more fun, we had purchased this home while they had still lived out of state.
