I had over 50 special guests at my ice cream summer love social event. Most of the pictures we got were of the grandkids however, all of the adults had a wonderful time as well. Thanks to McGill‘s ice cream who did a wonderful job this year putting together our ice cream in a very convenient way, including their extra large ice cream cooler!

I am in the market with clients and believe this statement to be true. The sellers hold the keys to the Kingdom because buyers want houses. The sellers own the house and they have the piece of real estate that buyers want, in most cases. Buyers are trying to be picky by wanting the nicest listings, however the investors want the fix up houses as long as the sellers are willing to let go of some equity to allow the investors to make a profit. All of this is a continual challenging process and doable if you understand the market. I'm here to help you get through these challenges because guess what, every market has its challenges.

My Bailey Hundo/Hundito ride this year on the Buffalo Creek trail in behalf of the kids who need bicycles is one of the main reasons I train for this ride each year. This will be my 3rd year when I saddle up on June 15th 2024. I am including a link below so that you can donate to my cause I do once a year. Locally this group helps children learn how to maintain a bike, how to ride it and then at the end of the Summer they get to keep the bike. They sometimes even learn how to rehab a bicycle totally. It's such a great cause. I'm asking all of my friends to donate, $25, $50, $100, $200, or $250 to this cause. The photo below is to catch your attention. This is how I feel when I ride with my grandkids. It's such a joy. I am going to plan on doing this as much as possible this coming cycling season. I literally feel this happy when I am doing this with my grandkids. Everything really does feel as colorful as what you see in this picture. This is an A.I. picture of my wife Susan Urban. I gave A.I. her age, her beauty, her passion as a sewing/seamstress. Susan is a beautiful person inside and out. She loves to sew and rumble through 41 years of treasures from raising 4 daughters and now 13 grandkids. Her passion is children, family, sewing, laughing and now spending more time with me. Her she shed is her custom sewing and crafting rooms which we designed in a room just like you see in this picture with lots of bright windows. Some years ago we brought her crafting/sewing room from the basement to the upper level in our home. This is now her sanctuary for creating and crafting. She has even sewn our daughters wedding dresses when they got married, at least for the most part if it worked out. She has sewn beautiful girl dresses that now many of our granddaughters have worn now. Susan is the life of the party when it comes to getting together with friends and family. People will say things like "your wife Susan is a kick". Her craftiness is her passion, yet she goes deep with her love for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her way of serving Jesus is loving and caring for children. She has been determined for years to stay in her wheel house of caring for little children. For example, she insists on leading and teaching in the nursery in our church. These are children from 18 months to 3 years old. She helps these children by loving them with her gift and preparing them for the primary teachings in the gospel. She has been doing this for decades and most of the children she has taught have gone on 2 year missions and many of them are now married and are having children of their own. I wouldn't want to have anyone different than this sweet wife with her rare talents and passions. She is a creative wizard and a loving caring soul who actually loves me. It's not easy being married to a real estate consultant. She put up with some crazy years and crazy hours of work etc. More than ever we can now serve together and make a difference in the world as a couple. I'm still working, but I can work more out of my home, since COVID, and we cook more together, we eat together. We talk more together and we shine together with our love for our family and friends.

This is a picture that A.I. created after I asked it to create a picture of myself and my lovely spouse Susan as we are taking our grandkids on a hike in our mountains. I find this an amazing time where creations like this on ChatGPT can be created. I love how it put one of my son-in-laws and daughters in the picture too, even without asking it. I truly feel so blessed and happy to have the family that I have. They are so important to me. I hope this Spring or Summer I can get together with all of my 13 grandkids and children for a hike of some sort. Enjoying nature together. God has blessed my wife Susan and I so much that this is the first thing I wanted A.I. to produce for me. I'll be diving deeper in 2024 with vision crafting for some of the people that are closest to me. I think they will get a kick out of me working with them to craft and see their vision in action for the future. I appreciate my close connections with Joe Stumpf who has inspired me to being open to the future of technology to use it in good ways to help people create a bigger future then they could have ever imagined. I love these questions: Do you want to improve? Have you accomplished everything you want? lastly, do you have a clear vision for your future? This is great food for thought, and I love the thought of where we could go with this!

Focus on something that you can’t control only when the positive is happening. When your team is not doing well, you can still create your own wins every day by staying in the positive. When your team is winning, feed upon enthusiasm, and feed upon passion, and feed upon the positivity that it can do and give you in your life, especially on a Monday morning when you need the inspiration to have the most amazing week ever. Happy Thanksgiving week, be thankful for what you have, and count your many blessings.
