I don't usually share things like this, but this one felt worth it. 🗞️

A few weeks ago, I sat down with Le Petit Journal — a French-language publication read by expats across the US — to talk about what it's really like to buy a home in Denver as a French speaker.

We talked about the shock of 30-year mortgages. The speed of the American market. The families who waited nearly a decade for their green card before they dared to buy. And the moment when "temporary expat" quietly becomes "this is home."
