Happy New Year! 🎊

As we head into the new year, I want to share some information that I hope will be a blessing to anyone considering selling their home.

It’s common to hear that kitchen and bathroom updates are what sell a home, but there’s more to the story.

Overall condition, maintenance history, layout, and presentation can all play a role in how a home is perceived by today’s buyers. 🏡

Every seller’s situation is different... some need to move quickly, others have time to wait, and many fall somewhere in between. Understanding how these factors come together, can help sellers avoid unnecessary expenses chasing after home updates that may not add meaningful value for a particular property or timeline.
