🐶 POV: your Landlord says “no pets allowed!” 🐱

Landlords- it’s important to have a property manager who handles pets properly and in accordance to the law. At GMM we:

✔️ have a legal pet addendum that gets signed before keys are handed over with the lease
✔️ fair and reasonable pet fees and non refundable pet deposit
✔️ periodic property checks for unauthorized pets
✔️ fines and protocols for unauthorized pets or not maintaining the pet
✔️ highly knowledgeable on Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals

Tenants - it’s important to be upfront with your Landlord on pets or if you intend to have a pet in the future. You could face fines and evictions otherwise! If you have an approved ESA, make sure you tell your Landlord and provide the proper documentation upfront.
