However, buyers remain selective, taking more showings to decide on the perfect home. With higher inventory, prices, and interest rates, today’s buyers are making thoughtful moves.

This weekend is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which brings a three-day weekend for many, but colder weather may slow showings slightly. Despite this, the buzz in the real estate community is strong as we discuss pipeline opportunities and plan for strategic listings. 🔹 Pending Transactions: Up 21.6% week-over-week
🔹 Odds of Selling in 30 Days: 40.4%
Showings & Pricing:
Last week saw 12,527 showings (up 36.3% week-over-week), with an average of 18 showings per property to secure a contract. If you’re selling, this data highlights the importance of showcasing your home to its fullest potential and pricing it strategically.
Nearly 46.8% of homes under contract had a price reduction, and the average reduction was 5.4% off the original price. Pricing your home right from the start can save you time and help you sell faster!
