Spring is waking up the Denver real estate market 🌷🏡
As we move out of winter, the Denver Metro Area housing market is starting to pick up momentum—and buyers and sellers are re-entering the market.
Here’s what we’re seeing right now:
✨ Mortgage rates dipped below 6% in February, giving buyers more confidence.
✨ Buyer activity is rising – pending homes jumped 29% month-over-month.
✨ More listings are hitting the market – up 12% in February, giving buyers more options.
✨ Prices softened slightly – attached homes down 5.25% year-over-year and detached homes down 2.25%.
Homes that are well-priced and move-in ready are still getting multiple offers, while overpriced homes are sitting longer and attracting bargain hunters.
What this means:
