Existing-home sales saw the largest monthly percentage increase since July 2020, with all regions of the U.S. recording month-over-month gains and year-over-year declines.

I just learned a new home maintenance tip! Your deck needs to be swept free from pine needles and leaves at least once a month in order to extend the life of the stain and the wood. Of course, more frequently is better...but if you're like me, once a month is an improvement!

Here's the NWMLS Market Update for June 2022. Overall, inventory is up slightly, but still considered a Seller's Market as we still don't quite have a balanced inventory for the number of Buyers. That said, I anticipate that the crazy 10.9% increase over last year's market will level out and we will be seeing home prices level out in many areas, or even decrease slightly. Interest rates are up, but still at reasonable levels. Great time to sell AND buy! Contact me today to talk about your property investments!
