**Position Overview:**
We are looking for dedicated Acquisition Associates to identify and contact property owners, understand their needs, and negotiate purchase agreements for their properties. The primary responsibility of the Acquisition Associate is to establish rapport with leads, guide them through the sales process, and secure agreements to purchase their properties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
**Responsibilities:**
- Contact provided leads via phone and email to discuss their property and assess their needs.
- Conduct scripted conversations to gather information, build rapport, and explain options to potential sellers.
- Follow up with leads to maintain communication and address any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Educate sellers on the overall process of selling their property and provide support throughout the transaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets by signing a minimum of 3 deals per month on average.
**Requirements:**
- Strong empathetic and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to follow scripted conversations while maintaining a natural and engaging dialogue.
- Attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
- Ability to explain complex concepts and processes in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
- No prior experience in real estate necessary; we will provide training and ongoing support.
**Compensation:**
- 1099 position with pay processing at closing.
- Base commission of 10% per deal.
- Quarterly bonuses:
- 2.5% bonus for producing over $80,000 in deals.
- 5% bonus for producing over $100,000 in deals.
- Income potential is unlimited based on performance.
