We represent buyers and sellers in the Delaware River Towns of Lambertville, Stockton, Frenchtown, New Hope, Yardley, Washington Crossing and the surrounding farm, equine, and residential communities of Hunterdon and Mercer counties in NJ and Bucks County, PA. We specialize in the purchase and sale of properties including historic farms, country estates, equine properties, land and acreage, farmhouses, in town properties, vacation and river front homes. Owner Kim Ward Bacso has been a full time Hunterdon and Mercer Counties, NJ area Realtor since 1995, and received her Broker’s and Pennsylvania licenses in 2010. She is a member of the Mercer County Board of Realtors, the Hunterdon - Somerset Board of Realtors and the Bucks County Association of Realtors. In 2006, Kim made a business decision to focus on distinctive River Town properties and the surrounding rural country properties and estate homes. She identified a strong need for informed, engaged agents who can help their buyer clients through the myriad of issues and aspects that arise when considering these properties. Kim specializes in the sale and marketing of homes with substantial acreage, extensive wooded areas, ponds, historic designations and details, environmental needs, River fronts, and and other area specific issues. Buyers need knowledgeable guidance through this process, and she created The River Valley Team to meet this demand. Clients interested in selling their home will benefit from the River Valley Teams' wealth of experience negotiating these issues, along with constructive advice on preparing their home for sale, and first hand knowledge of comparable properties in the area that are for sale or recently sold.
