Beautiful day to sell this townhome in Ephrata. This one sold so quickly that I never had the opportunity to promote it on social media. One weekend on the market and we had 7 offers to choose from! We closed in just a few weeks! My seller was great to work with and did everything he was supposed to do and got top dollar. Congratulations to him in starting his next chapter!

Settlement day for this lovely home! Saying goodbye was bittersweet for my sellers who's children grew up here. The buyers were kind and told my clients that their girls were always welcome to come back to see their childhood home. Love it when the settlement table sounds like a party with both buyers and sellers chatting!
