Now that the CFPB is gone.... what does that mean for you? 👀

Well if your a potential home buyer gather around and listen up...

After the big market crash in 2008 the CFPB was put in place mainly to monitor financial lending institutions and stop predatory lending.

They had other functions but that was the big one. Alot of billionaire real estate moguls made a TON of money off of those who didn't know better.

Now Big Brother has been fired!

So consumers beware... it makes it an exciting time for lending but also a food frenzy for those who may want to go back to doing what CFPB prohibited.

What will replace it if anything.... I have no clue. I know as a loan officer I am taking loan applications left and right to help as many as I can!

Make sure your loan officer explains these things... Make sure you have an honest and ethical loan officer and beware of any loan officer...that criticizes this post. They always show themselves and I will let them do just that!
