Conestoga Title Insurance Co.'s next webinar (for 1 CE/CLE credit) is on September 10th from 12-1PM. John Papoutsis, VP- General Counsel, will be speaking on insuring title in commercial transactions. The one-hour course covers differences between residential and commercial transactions, entity complexities, sources of commercial funding, and requesting closing documents. Additionally, the presentation will address fraud and title risk mitigation, endorsements, and the underwriter's growing role in these transactions.

We’re excited to announce that our favorite returning client is back for another year 🦆

At Conestoga Title Insurance Co., our downtown Lancaster office has officially welcomed the return of our seasonal backyard visitor — a mama duck who has once again chosen our parking lot landscaping as the perfect place to build her nest and lay her eggs!

This is the second year in a row she’s trusted us with this very important “closing.” Clearly, she appreciates a secure place to settle in 😉

Our team will be keeping a respectful distance and cheering her on as we wait for the newest arrivals to hatch. Stay tuned for updates on our newest little neighbors! 🐣

Yesterday Conestoga Title Insurance Co. held our 39th session of Conestoga College at the Eden Resort in Lancaster. We had an awesome turnout with over 100 agents in attendance. It was a great day of education and networking. Thank you to all of our speakers and sponsors!

As we close out 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a strong year at Conestoga Title Insurance Co. Premiums were up and claims were down—clear evidence of the quality, professionalism, and diligence of the agent network we’re fortunate to work with.

Thank you to our Conestoga agents for your hard work, loyalty, and commitment to excellence.

Yesterday, Conestoga Title Insurance Co.had the pleasure of celebrating the retirement of two incredible team members: Susan Anderson and William Parker.

Susan has been part of the Conestoga family for 21 years, and Bill for over 17 years. Their dedication, professionalism, and loyalty have left a lasting impact on our company and the agents we serve.

Please join us in thanking Susan and Bill for their many years of service. They will be truly missed, and we wish them both all the very best as they begin this next chapter in retirement!
