Janet began her career as an investor in Central Pennsylvania, where she developed, redeveloped, and sold properties, gaining firsthand experience in navigating market cycles. Another reason I love living in Lancaster County. 🚲🦋

My son Charles and I finally checked out the Warwick to Ephrata Rail Trail. We rode from Warwick to Ephrata and back, with perfect weather and SO many butterflies along the way.

As a local REALTOR®, I spend a lot of time talking about homes and neighborhoods, but it's things like this that make Lancaster County such a great place to live.

Definitely doing this one again. Next time we're stopping for that BBQ place!

🏡 Closing Day!
So happy for my buyers who just closed on their new home on Columbia Avenue in Lancaster.
They made the move from Allentown and are excited to finally be closer to where they work. No more long back-and-forth travel, which was a big goal for them.
We found the right home, got under agreement, and made it to closing quickly. They’re very happy, and that makes it all worth it.
