Waiving the home inspection could cost you big time in the long wrong! 💵 This could be the biggest investment you will make. You don't want to leave it to chance!

It's not too late either! ⏰️ Even if you waived the inspection, we can still provide you with a post settlement inspection. This will provide you with all the info you would've had before going to the settlement table.

❓️The Lehigh Valley & surrounding areas... Lancaster county being a hot spot...is where you will find the highest concentration of radon. In fact, the highest reading in PA was found just South of Allentown at 6,176 pCi/L... that's 1,500 times the EPA's recommended action level of 4 pCI/L! 😳
