CITY LIVING AT LPK

Socialization with our neighbors at LPK is an important part of living here for those who choose to participate, and as you can see by the recent gathering for a Springtime Barbecue, many residents were in attendance.

It was originally scheduled to be on our beautiful Terraza Rooftop, but then it rained. That didn’t stop the show from going on, thanks to our Residential Director Ben, who braved the rain and got soaking wet, assuring we could all enjoy the barbecued hot dogs and hamburgers off of the grill.

Our Green Roof is looking great right now. Did you know our building is Gold level certified by National Green Business Standards organization? The roof helps keep storm water out of the sewage system during large rain events.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Bramble & Berry Ice Cream! 🍦

We’re always excited to see new local spots open in downtown Lancaster, especially when they’re just a short walk away. Located only about a 10-minute walk from Landis Place on King, Bramble & Berry is another sweet reason to enjoy life in the city.

Residents can stroll over for a treat, explore the neighborhood, and enjoy one more wonderful addition to downtown Lancaster!

CITY LIVING AT LPK

There was a very good turnout for our resident gathering in celebration of Memorial Day Weekend in the Conexion Room on Sunday evening.

The room was filled with spirited conversations between neighbors who reminisced about being the first to move into the building when it opened, and new neighbors who moved in just this weekend.

Then there is always the delicious assortment of good food and baked goods that neighbors bring to share completing the evening’s celebration.

The sign gets posted, people bake brownies, and we fill the room with our friends and neighbors. It’s a great example of the power of community in action at LPK.

CITY LIVING AT LPK

At LPK we always have “ a front row seat” to all of the fun activities happening in Downtown Lancaster.

This weekend was both Music Friday as well as Art Walk Weekend in multiple locations around the city.

The left picture is of the grand lobby at the Ware Center for the Arts, proudly displaying art works created by the students of schools from around the county

On the right is Penn Square in the center of Lancaster, where a band set up to the delight of all the folks who gathered to listen, as well as for any visitors and guests at the Downtown Marriott and Convention Center.

Lancaster Spring ARTWalk is coming up May 16 and 17!

This free, self-guided event is a wonderful way to explore the creativity of Lancaster City, with special exhibitions, meet-the-artist events, live demonstrations, and local galleries participating throughout downtown.

Be sure to use the interactive ARTWalk map to plan your route and discover the many stops throughout the city.

We’re especially excited to have our neighbors at Denim Coffee participating in this event. Stop by, enjoy a cup of coffee, and take in the artwork while you explore all that Lancaster has to offer.
