Bought. Sold. Baby on the Way. 🍼🏡

This sweet family came to me with BIG news…

They were having a baby.
And their current home? It just wasn’t going to cut it anymore.

They needed:

So we didn’t just “wing it.”

This sweet family was ready to move out of their starter home and into something bigger—with charm + a fireplace at the top of their wishlist. Here’s how it went down ⬇️

☕ We first met in a Lancaster coffee shop to chat about their goals. They’d been looking on and off again for a long time and weren’t finding anything and a friend recommended me to them. We got to know each-other to see if we were a good fit. We chatted about timeline, lifestyle goals and location. I put them in touch with a fabulous lender.

When these sweet buyers called me from Dallas, TX, they knew two things:
