We are beyond proud to officially showcase the completion of this incredible Mother-In-Law Suite Addition !!

This project represents months of hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship, and it has become one of the largest and most rewarding projects Good Ol' Boys Construction has completed to date.

From breaking ground to the final finishing touches, our team handled every aspect of this build. We began with the excavation, poured the concrete footers, installed the block foundation, framed the entire structure, completed all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, and every detail in between.

Inside, this beautiful home features stunning vaulted ceilings, a custom shiplap fireplace, gorgeous LVP flooring, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Every inch of this addition was thoughtfully designed and professionally built with quality, functionality, and longevity in mind.

What makes this project even more unique is that this is a fully self-contained living space. There is no interior access from the existing home, allowing the homeowners to enjoy complete privacy while remaining just steps away from family. It is a true standalone home addition built for comfortable, independent living.

Framing is almost complete on this massive deck spanning nearly 100 feet across the entire back of the home!

We grabbed some awesome aerial footage showing just how big this project really is.

Next up:
Wood decking and railings finished with black spindles.

**** Update on the Progress of One Of Our Projects ***

*** Full Basement Transformation in Westerville ***

-Cut and opened the existing basement floor to install a new grinder pit and complete rough-in plumbing for a full bathroom

-Created a brand-new full bathroom, including a custom tile shower and all-new plumbing and electrical

- Added all-new rough-in and finish plumbing throughout the basement

-Upgraded the electrical panel and installed all-new electrical throughout

-Framed 2 new bedrooms and a full bathroom

-Installed all-new drywall, flooring, and trim

***Plumbing fixtures, paint, and doors coming soon... preparing to finish this out ***

And we’re not done yet…
We’re also creating a brand-new basement walkout, including excavation, new block work, a retaining wall, concrete steps and base, exterior drainage, and installation of a new exterior basement door.
