There’s something special about calling Lampeter Strasburg home. ❤️

As a family who lives here ourselves, we get to experience firsthand everything that makes this community so wonderful. From the farmland and scenic backroads to the hometown feel, local parks, youth sports, and the strong sense of community that makes neighbors feel like family.

Lampeter Strasburg offers the perfect balance of small town charm and modern convenience. Kids can grow up with room to explore, families can build lasting connections, and every season brings its own beauty to enjoy.

For this home, we completed a styling session that blended the homeowner’s existing furnishings with pieces from our collection, creating a timeless look that feels both fresh and familiar. We love mixing old and new to showcase a home’s character while creating spaces that feel warm, inviting, and effortlessly livable.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to put down roots or a community where your family can truly thrive, it’s easy to see why so many people are proud to call Lampeter Strasburg home.

We know we are!

No two houses are the same. Different walls, different light, different energy. But great furniture & styling… That can live a hundred different lives.

A sofa in one home becomes the statement piece in another. A vintage table changes character with a new room, new styling, new vision.

Creativity is what turns furniture into possibility.

It’s not about copying a space ..it’s about reimagining it. Same pieces. Different story every time. 🤍

One of the most endearing parts of being in home staging is seeing pieces of your style and creativity inspire others. 🤍

The same style & specific details we spent so much time curating and the little details we’ve poured our creativity into suddenly showing up elsewhere.

And honestly, it’s flattering more than anything.

Home staging is such a creative business, and inspiration naturally spreads when people connect with a certain look or feeling. To know that the style we’ve worked hard to build is recognizable enough to influence others is actually really special.

Inspiration is part of every creative industry, and great design naturally influences the spaces around it. I’ll always believe there’s room for everyone to create beautifully in their own way.

Building a business where the vision is big, the discipline is daily, and the money doesn’t just come in, it stays and grows.

From planting ideas to watching accounts flourish, this is about creating something sustainable, scalable, and truly ours. Not chasing quick wins but
building long-term wealth, one move at a time.

You can start small. You can start scared. JUST START!

Growth isn’t luck. It’s faith, strategy, consistency, and belief!!

Grateful for the craziness 🙏🏼

Do you see the lions in the corners?

Historically, lions have long represented strength, protection, and nobility. When you see them carved into fireplace mantels especially in older homes they’re often meant to show a sense of guardianship over the home and hearth which was considered the heart of the household.

In architectural styles influenced by European design (like Victorian, Neoclassical, and Renaissance Revival), lions were also a nod to wealth and status. Incorporating them into a mantel signaled craftsmanship, sophistication, and sometimes even a connection to old world traditions where lions appeared in coats of arms and family crests.

Like today, fireplaces were central gathering places. having lions nearby symbolized strength and stability at the core of family life.

So those carved lions aren’t just beautiful details they’re a quiet statement of protection, pride, and history.

Being part of the listing process for one of the oldest homes in Lancaster, PA was such an incredible experience.

Getting the chance to stage a piece of history with so many stories within the walls truly meant a lot to me! -I’m a sucker for History, especially in my home town. -

Wishing the sellers and abby.young.home a smooth journey ahead and a quick, successful sale!

Listing Notes:
Known historically as the Musser–Reigart House, the residence dates to circa 1785 and is documented and archived in the Library of Congress, recognizing it as one of the finest surviving Georgian homes in Lancaster City. The property was owned by early Lancaster industrialist Michael Musser, followed by Adam Reigart, who served as Lancaster’s mayor during his ownership. In 1825, Revolutionary War hero General Lafayette visited the home during his celebrated farewell tour of the U.S. and addressed Lancaster citizens from an upper window of the residence. This property also has ties to a former president and vice president of the U.S. as well as a nationally known author. This is an extraordinary property, a truly rare opportunity to own one of the most historically significant homes in Lancaster with all the modern conveniences and amazing style.

There’s something powerful about walking into a space that feels layered, lived in, and quietly intentional.

When we stage a home, I intentionally blend organic materials like raw wood, stone, linen and greenery with a thoughtful mix of new and antique furniture/decor.

The contrast is where the magic happens.

Clean lined contemporary pieces bring freshness and lightness, while antiques add soul, patina, and a sense of story.

Organic decor softens a space. It adds warmth. It makes a room feel grounded rather than staged. When paired with vintage finds or heirloom-quality pieces, the result is depth … not just design.

Buyers may not consciously notice the balance, but they feel it. The space feels elevated, authentic, and inviting.

That harmony between natural elements, modern simplicity, and timeworn character is what transforms a house into a home and a stage into an experience.
