🏡 THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE BUYING A HOUSE IN SPRING 2027… BUT I HAD OTHER IDEAS! 😂

These two had a LOT going on this summer. A wedding, the possibility of a military deployment, and life in general. Buying a house? That was a spring 2027 problem!

But we got the ball rolling early. They worked with a lender, got their paperwork in order (especially important when you're self-employed!), and started keeping an eye on the market.

I kept sending them new listings. They kept looking. I even sent them open houses to check out. 😉

Then they went to their FIRST open house.

And guess what? THEY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE HOUSE! ❤️🏡

They called me. We put an offer together. AND WE GOT IT ACCEPTED! 🎉

So much for waiting until spring! 😂

Here's the thing. You can make all the plans you want, but sometimes the right opportunity shows up before you expect it.

Because they did the prep work early, they were ready when the right house came along.

Congratulations to these two! ❤️ I'm so happy for you both and can't wait to see you start this next chapter!

MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't wait until you're ready to look at houses to start getting ready to buy a house!

🏡 **IT ALL STARTED WITH A TEXT… AND ENDED WITH A NEW HOME!** 🔑

“Hi Julie, this is Jason ~ Laura's friend and I am looking for a realtor to get a showing at a house I found on Zillow. If you're interested I would like to view the house this week.”

My response?

**“I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW YOU THIS HOUSE!”** 🙌

And just like that, things moved FAST!

📅 Two days later, we were looking at houses.

✍️ Five days later, Jason had an accepted offer!

🔑 One month later, we closed, and Jason officially became a proud homeowner!

Now, here's the thing. Jason reached out because a friend, Laura, trusted me enough to recommend me. That means a lot to me. ❤️

But a referral is only the beginning. When you're ready to buy a home, you need a realtor who responds, listens, takes action, and understands that when you find a house you love, **timing matters.**
