My toxic Realtor trait? 👀
I notice the weird thing you were hoping I wouldn’t notice.

The stain in the corner. The suspiciously fresh patch of paint. The floor that feels just a little off.

Sorry. Once you’ve spent enough time in houses, you can’t turn it off. 😂🏡

And when you’re buying a home, that’s probably a good thing.

House hunting is supposed to be fun. 🏡

While you're picturing your furniture in the living room, I'm looking at grading, mechanicals, suspiciously fresh paint, disclosures, resale considerations—and all the decidedly less exciting stuff.

You look for the house that feels like home.

I'll help you look at everything else. 👀
