This weekend, our Lebanon County community has the incredible privilege of hosting The Wall That Heals at Campbelltown Community Park.

The traveling memorial is a three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., bearing the names of the 58,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. It gives those who may never have the opportunity to travel to Washington a chance to experience the Memorial, remember those we lost, and honor all who served.

The Wall is open 24 hours a day through Sunday, September 6, and admission and parking are free. Tonight at 6:00 PM, a Final Roll Call Ceremony will recognize local Vietnam veterans who were killed in action.

At Magnolia Place, we talk a lot about community — and community also means remembering the people whose service and sacrifice helped shape the place we get to call home.
