A few years ago, we connected before my buyers made the move to Virginia. At the time, they told me, “If we ever decide to move back to Pennsylvania and buy a home, you’ll be the first person we call.”

Well... about two weeks ago, they kept that promise. 😊 They reached out with some incredibly exciting news, they had welcomed their first child into the world and that they are ready to buy a home in Pennsylvania and find the perfect place to call home as they began this new chapter as a family. ‼️SOLD‼️Some clients become friends, but every now and then, you get the opportunity to help someone who's been your friend for years😎🙌🏾 I've known this guy for what feels like a lifetime. We've pretty much grown up together, so getting the chance to be his realtor and help guide him through buying his first home was something I'll never forget.

Watching all of his hard work over the past few years finally pay off has been incredible‼️ He found a beautiful home that checks all the boxes, including the large detached garage he's always wanted, with plenty of room to work on his vehicles and store all of his toys🔥 (and hopefully work on my cars from now on😂🙌🏾)
