This update really WOWS… New standing seam metal roof in color “frosted shiny black,” board and batten siding in color “graphite gray,” soffit/fascia, and 6” gutters.

🤩 This beautiful property sustained a significant amount of damage from hail and wind in the spring. All new LP Smartside siding, soffit, facia, and a new roof! The dark blue siding and white trim really pull some of the blue hues in the shingles, making it the picture perfect property.
