Today was a big day for my client, Tony as he moved from his home of 10+ years into his new place! 🏡

I connected with Tony after his home was pulled off the market with another realtor. He had originally tried to sell for $175,000, but after coming up with a new strategy, we were able to secure $215,000!

We then found his next home, got our offer accepted, and it even appraised for more than the purchase price!

I was also able to use my dump trailer to help Tony declutter and get ready for the move.

We were able to secure $42,000 over asking! 🏡 Sold for $867,000!!

Although it’s bittersweet for them to see the home where they raised their children go, being a small part of such an important chapter in their lives means a lot to me.

Congratulations, Paula and Anthony!

Paula and Tony reached out to me back in March after receiving the news that they would need to move from their home in Plateau Village.

If you haven’t heard, Plateau Village is being purchased by United Zion Retirement Community, and residents were given until 2027 to find a new place to call home.

After months of searching, multiple showings, and submitting several offers, I’m so grateful we were able to find the right home for them. It wasn’t always easy, but it was worth the wait.

Congratulations to my first time homebuyer, Jackie! 🎉🏡

Sometimes it doesn’t take dozens of home tours to find the right one. This was only the third home we looked at, but she fell in love with it, and we both knew it was one we needed to go after.

Before we started touring, we outlined her budget and talked through what to expect in today’s market. When this home came up, we acted quickly because we knew it wouldn’t last long.

We negotiated $5,000 seller assistance up front to bring down her closing costs.

After inspections, we were able to negotiate over $3,400 in seller assistance to cover items that came up in the inspection report. That’s exactly why inspections are so important as they help protect buyers and can save them thousands of dollars while giving them the funds to make needed repairs after closing.
