As we head into the busy season, home buyers are still complaining about lack of inventory. With so much demand and such limited supply, home values are going to continue to rise. It's hard to predict the long term future of our market - but listing a home now could yeild very high returns for sellers.

Overall, the report found that May is the best month to sell a home, when sellers saw the largest premiums of 5.9 percent compared to other months.
