I love statistics. Last month, when people asked about the housing market, I told some an amusing statistic; the Feb. Lancaster City the median residential home sales price jumped 48% from the same month last year, BUT the city's numbers show considerable variability and this spike was surely a one-off. March's preliminary numbers show a year over year increase of 8% but a month over month DECREASE of 25% from this Feb. LNP reported on 3/15 that the county prices were up 14% in Feb. The preliminary numbers for March show a 0% change from last year.
