🏓 The High Wellness Committee hosted a doubles pickleball tournament yesterday, bringing coworkers together for an afternoon of friendly competition, connection, and fun. At High, supporting the health and wellness of our coworkers is a priority, and events like this provide a great opportunity to stay active while building relationships across the organization.

As a company founded in Lancaster and deeply connected to the city for 95 years, we were especially proud to see a mention of S. Dale High and his leadership in helping advance the Old Town revitalization project, one of several transformative efforts that contributed to the ongoing renewal of downtown Lancaster.

Last week, coworkers from several High companies participated in United Way of Lancaster County, PA's Week of Caring, supporting local organizations and giving back to our community.

From helping refresh office space for Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County's Domestic Violence Services program to spending time with residents at Brethren Village Retirement Community, our teams were proud to lend a hand, build connections, and make a positive impact.

Thank you to United Way and our community partners for providing these meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Last week, we welcomed guests, partners, and coworkers to celebrate the grand opening of Ascend at Greenfield in Lancaster, PA. 🎉

This exciting milestone represents the collaboration, expertise, and dedication of teams across High, including High Real Estate Group, High Construction, High Associates Ltd., and Greenfield Architects Ltd. Together, they helped bring to life a thoughtfully designed apartment community that offers modern living, exceptional amenities, and a place residents will be proud to call home.

Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this vision a reality and to those who joined us in celebrating this special occasion. We are excited to welcome residents to Ascend at Greenfield and look forward to seeing this new community thrive.

We were honored to attend United Way of Lancaster County, PA's recent United in Impact event and to be recognized as the recipient of the Corporate Partner of the Year Award.

This meaningful recognition reflects the generosity, volunteerism, and commitment to community demonstrated by our coworkers throughout the year. Members of High's United Way Committee were proud to attend the celebration and accept the award on behalf of the High companies.

Thank you to United Way of Lancaster County for this incredible honor and for the important work you do to strengthen our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to support your mission and make an impact together.
