Biggest congratulations to Dave and Nancy for settling on their new 55+ home today!

These two contacted us less than a year ago. After a lot of online research, conversations with Annie Zimmerman , as well as an initial visit to the area to tour the communities with James Zimmerman, they narrowed their search down to their favorite two communities and held out hope a resale listing would come up soon. Sure enough, this beautiful listing in Mount Joy was listed several months later, and because Dave and Nancy did their homework, they were well prepared to make an amazing offer and beat out competing buyers to get into this lovely home.
