Our 2 bedroom at 1269 1/2 S Madison St, Lancaster is available starting as soon as 2/9/26.

This is an upstairs unit that comes with 1 garage stall. Unit has a dishwasher, washer, and dryer included. Bedrooms are a great size and both have large closets. We remodeled this unit in 2020 - with LVP throughout (no carpet to worry about cleaning!) and beautiful soft close cabinets in the kitchen. Windows have curtain rods so you can add your personal touch with curtains.
