This is Gabe’s first venture into real estate investing and I’m super proud of him for taking the leap and going for it! He is going to rent out the rooms and eventually keep it as a rental, and he was able to purchase it with owner occupied financing at 3.5% down. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽⁣

celebrating another year around the ☀️ today!⁣

birthdays are naturally times of reflection and I am very grateful for this life, the good Lord, good health, my hubs, community, family & friends, businesses, & you! 🙌🏼⁣
⁣
It’s been a year of growing, stretching, being out of my comfort zone, working hard starting 2 businesses, and some fun travels mixed in too.. ⁣
(My still wants to get those adventures in🌎)⁣
⁣
some of my biggest lessons this year:⁣
⁣
- always be learning & growing 📚⁣
⁣
- take responsibility for your life and ditch any hint of a victim mentality. choose to be 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥.⁣
⁣
- choose your community wisely. I’m especially grateful for and the . Love these . 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️⁣

- the one in the way of your success is often yourself, get out of your own way and do what you need to do to move forward whatever that looks like for you👊🏼⁣

- learn to pivot & change as needed — also it’s okay to change!⁣

- release what people think of you. It will hold you back to be the fullest version of yourself if you’re worried about being judged or afraid of others. Naysayers will always be there, but so will people who will celebrate you. There are many could be impacted by your story! What do you want to be known for? How do you want to impact those around you? 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸💪🏽⁣

- God is always faithful and good. (I already knew this, but reminders are nice)⁣

- to end on a cliché phrase “life is about the journey, not the destination” ...but really..😂 the journey is good, beautiful, real and raw and full of lessons, growth and discovery.. I’m embracing it💛⁣
