This isnā€™t just another property ā€” itā€™s his second multi-unit investment, adding another piece to a portfolio that heā€™s intentionally building for the future.

A huge congratulations to two amazing clients on becoming homeowners! šŸŽ‰

One of my favorite parts about real estate is helping my clients build wealth, but what I enjoy even more is watching their families grow along the way. When I first met Lisa, little Dakota was only a few months old, and seeing her now ā€” healthy, full of light, and growing so fast ā€” was truly special.

We had such a great time at settlement, and moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. Itā€™s about creating memories, building futures, and passing down knowledge to the next generation.

Hereā€™s the reality of this business: when you commit to your clients, you donā€™t get to clock out.

This weekend, I was out on a camping trip with my sonā€”completely off the grid, enjoying some much-needed time togetherā€”when an offer came in for one of my buyers. Instead of waiting or risking the opportunity, I pulled out my laptop right there and got to work.

Because in a competitive market, timing and communication are everything.

We strategized, submitted, and secured the dealā€”under contract.

Moments like this are a reminder that being a realtor isnā€™t just about transactions, itā€™s about responsibility. Itā€™s about being available when it matters most, advocating for your clients no matter where you are, and doing whatever it takes to put them in the best position to win.
