A huge congratulations to two amazing clients on becoming homeowners! 🎉

One of my clients reached out to me two years ago with a dream of owning her first home. Together, we created a plan, and little by little, we worked on gathering everything she needed to make that dream a reality. Before she knew it, she was HOME! 🥹🏡

My other client moved here from out of state, and we had been searching for a while. I couldn’t be happier with what we found for her and her lovely family. Working alongside her kids as they picked out their rooms and explored every corner of the properties is something that never gets old. One of my favorite parts about real estate is helping my clients build wealth, but what I enjoy even more is watching their families grow along the way. When I first met Lisa, little Dakota was only a few months old, and seeing her now — healthy, full of light, and growing so fast — was truly special.

We had such a great time at settlement, and moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about creating memories, building futures, and passing down knowledge to the next generation.

Here’s the reality of this business: when you commit to your clients, you don’t get to clock out.

This weekend, I was out on a camping trip with my son—completely off the grid, enjoying some much-needed time together—when an offer came in for one of my buyers. Instead of waiting or risking the opportunity, I pulled out my laptop right there and got to work.

Because in a competitive market, timing and communication are everything.

We strategized, submitted, and secured the deal—under contract.

Moments like this are a reminder that being a realtor isn’t just about transactions, it’s about responsibility. It’s about being available when it matters most, advocating for your clients no matter where you are, and doing whatever it takes to put them in the best position to win.

I take a lot of pride in what I do, and even more in the trust my clients place in me. Whether I’m in the office or out in the woods, that commitment doesn’t change.

While you’re picturing where your couch will go, I’m in the background playing detective—checking the age of the roof, looking for signs of water damage, keeping an eye on the foundation, testing windows, and making sure everything is working the way it should.
