I am beyond excited for my incredible clients Carson and Anika settling on their home! I had such a blast guiding these first time homebuyers through the process of getting into their beautiful home! We had such a fun time on the search, and when we found the right home, we were able to negotiate an offer with favorable terms. Ironically this home that turned out to be perfect for their first home was RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from the first home my wife and I owned and built a family in for the past 7 years. I already know Carson and Anika are on a wonderful street with incredible neighbors!

Settlement day was incredibly beautiful and I did my best to make the day extra special and memorable. And of course as first time homebuyers they received their case of Rockstar Energy so they can enjoy what i consider to be the taste of homeownership.

I'm so fortunate for the opportunity to work with such awesome clients, and as this chapter closes, a new friendship will continue, and as always, I'm on the look for more awesome clients! Send your awesome people my way!
