💰 ဈေးနှုန်း ပိုညှိလို့ရနိုင်တယ်
ဒီအချိန်မှာ List Price တွေဟာ Summer peak ထက် ပျမ်းမျှအားဖြင့် 3.5% ခန့်နိမ့်နိုင်ပြီး $416,000 ဝန်းကျင် median-priced home အတွက် $14,000 ခန့်အထိ ကွာခြားနိုင်တယ် လို့ Realtor.com က ခန့်မှန်းထားပါတယ်။
