Jill was born and raised in Lancaster county, the daughter of a custom home builder and a nurse. Since 2000 Jill has acquired personal experience in real estate investments, residential rentals and rehabs. For six years she sold residential homes in the Northern VA and Washington DC area. Since 2010 Jill has been actively researching and rehabbing properties in Central PA for real estate investments. Walking Sellers and Buyers through each different transaction is a rewarding experience for Jill. From her years and experience in real estate transactions Jill is seasoned and knowledgeable to help you through. In addition to her real estate experience Jill holds a BSN degree and is a seasoned nurse. The skills of caring for her patients and families during acute illnesses has trained Jill to approach negotiations and unpredictable real estate transactions with a clear head and calm demeanor. Jill and her husband Jeff are happy to be in their native Lancaster County to raise their four children, Clare, Grace, Annabelle and Friedrich. When not not chasing after her kids Jill enjoys golfing with her husband, running and time spent with family and friends.
