Yesterday, we proudly celebrated the grand re-opening of Stratford Place alongside community leaders, partners, and residents who helped make this transformation possible.

Through a comprehensive rehabilitation, Stratford Place has been transformed into a safer, healthier, more modern place to call home for active adults, preserving a critical affordable housing resource in Dayton for years to come. The redevelopment enhances quality of life while ensuring residents continue to have access to affordable housing they can depend on.

Thank you to the speakers, partners, and supporters who joined us in celebration. This achievement is a testament to what can be accomplished when organizations come together with a shared commitment to preserving affordable housing and strengthening our communities.

New housing opportunities are coming soon for active adults in Marietta, Ohio!

We’re proud to share that Fairfield Homes has been awarded 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for a new 65-unit active adult community coming to Marietta’s Harmar Village neighborhood! This LEED-certified community will help expand affordable housing options in Washington County while continuing our mission to build community across Ohio.

The 2026 Thankful Tour has officially commenced! 🎉

Yesterday, our CEO, Jennifer Gorsuch Walters and leadership team got to spend time with two Regions, listening, learning, and exchanging ideas about how we can continue strengthening the communities we serve.

From improving processes to sharing best practices, the conversations and feedback were a powerful reminder that the best ideas come from the people doing the work every day.
