We got to spend some time in a different historic town last week and I will say St Augustine did not disappoint. The oldest town in the country is filled with beautiful Spanish architecture. Our stay at was perfect. Short stroll into the downtown district with plenty of shopping and restaurants. This place ranks pretty high every year with and we couldn’t agree more. If you haven’t checked out yet definitely put it on your list.

Happy 3 year anniversary to . 3 years ago this week we bought our first investment property. This house will always be special to us because this is where it all began. Made a ton of mistakes and gained a ton of knowledge on this project but i wouldn’t change any of it for the world. To all those who made this dream come to reality we can’t thank you enough 🙏🏻 here’s to the next 30 years!!! 🍾 🍾 🍾

Before and after… 658 Hershey is on the market with an open house this Sunday 1-3. Check it out or contact for a showing. I love the lights and don’t care what anyone says 😂 🤙… The electrician looked at me sideways when he opened the box. We also continued the counters on to the backsplash for this one. Love this look and we’ll be using this again for sure. Our guys at killed it with the quartz. Let us know what you think.. good.. bad.. ugly?

Man it’s been a busy last couple weeks but me and my main man finally got to check out our newest addition to our rental portfolio today. Luckily we partnered up with a close friend on this one too help us along the way. This west end 4 unit has been preserved to its original character and we love that about the property. It needs a little TLC but we have plans to bring a very unique/historical Airbnb to you by next spring. Stay tuned we’re gonna make that court yard AMAZING!!! But for now it’s vacation time.. Tulum here we come 🤙
