Sheriff eviction. Definitely not something we wanted to do. We really worked hard with them, family and case managers but alas, they were not amenable to any one.

Tenants demanded when we meet them for the move out walkthrough that we have their security deposit check. They never paid July’s rent either. Lots of trips to the dump.

Just more reasons why we insist on pest/ rodent control services for every rental.
A newly purchased rental had a ton of deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed. This fell on our contractors head while rebuilding a ceiling.
